The Arrival of Icon of the Seas in Miami: Welcoming the World's Largest Cruise Ship
The new year kicks off with an iconic celebration. Royal Caribbean International's much-anticipated Icon of the Seas took center stage as it arrived in Miami for the first time, greeted with festivities by air, land, and sea, ahead of its official debut on January 27th.
As the countdown to a new era of vacations begins, local residents, fans, executives, and employees of Royal Caribbean were among the first to see the new resident of the American city. Icon made its arrival at Port Miami in style, with celebratory salutes from fireboats, banner-flying planes, and a community celebration at the Pérez Art Museum.
With the unveiling of the world's best family vacation less than 20 days away, Icon will continue its final preparations in Miami before an iconic naming celebration.
Icon offers a full range of experiences for every taste, from a beach retreat to a resort getaway and theme park adventure.
