Summer in Miami means sunshine, soaring temperatures, and the triumphant return of Miami Spa Months, the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau's beloved two-month wellness event, running from July 1 through August 31 with discounts of up to 40% at more than 30 of the city's top spas.
A 19th Year of Prioritizing Self-Care
"Miami Spa Months is a reminder that taking time to recharge is not just an occasional indulgence; it is an important part of overall well-being," said David Whitaker, President and CEO of the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau. This year's edition invites both locals and visitors to slow down, with select treatments priced at $109, $159, and $199, savings that can reach nearly 50% off regular rates.
Signature Experiences Make Their Debut
New for 2026, Signature Experiences introduce an elevated collection of treatments at select spas, joining a lineup of first-time participants like Elite Styles & Med Spa, Sana Skin Studio Aventura, Sisley Cosmetics, and Wairua Aventura, bringing fresh energy to a program now spanning Key Biscayne to Brickell, Coral Gables, Wynwood, and Aventura.
Glass Skin and Glow-Boosting Facials Take Center Stage
Elite Styles & Med Spa's Glass Skin Ritual ($199) combines dermaplaning with an advanced brightening booster and a hydrating Hydrojelly mask for a smooth, luminous complexion, while Sana Skin Studio's SuperGlow Facial + Exosome Infusion Lip Ritual ($159) layers a brightening glycolic peel with sculpting massage, gua sha, microcurrent, oxygen infusion, and exosome therapy.
Hammams, Cold Plunges, and Full-Body Renewal
At Gale Wellness, the Signature Hammam ($199) delivers an 80-minute ritual of full-body exfoliation with Shankara Ayurvedic skincare, followed by a foot ritual, scalp and facial massage, and Swedish massage techniques, while the Dead Sea Salt Escape ($159) and Skyline Recovery Ritual ($159) round out a menu built around mineral-rich exfoliation, aromatherapy, and marine mud compresses for tired muscles.
Beachside Bliss at Miami's Most Storied Spas
At the Ritz-Carlton South Beach, tucked inside the Morris Lapidus-designed Art Moderne landmark, the 50-Minute Customized Massage ($199) comes with full spa access, beach service, and a complimentary glass of prosecco, while The Carillon, the largest spa and wellness facility on the East Coast, rounds out an impressive citywide lineup of treatments worth booking early.
Prime Time to Indulge
With treatments available seven days a week through the end of August, Miami Spa Months proves that in a city known for its heat, sometimes the coolest thing you can do is simply slow down.
