David Guetta Sells Miami Beach Condo for Record-Breaking $16 Million
In a record-setting off-market deal, David Guetta has sold his luxurious Miami Beach condo for $16 million, making it the highest-priced condo sale per square foot ever in Miami Beach. The French DJ purchased the Setai Miami Beach unit from billionaire Richard LeFrak for $9.5 million in 2018, marking a substantial profit in six years.
The 37th-floor condo, sold to an undisclosed buyer, spans 2,525 square feet and features three bedrooms and three bathrooms. With the deal reaching $6,337 per square foot, it also ranks as the second-highest price per square foot for a non-penthouse condo in Miami-Dade County. The light-filled residence offers sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean and Miami skyline, thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows and expansive balconies.
Guetta's unit was a prime location for luxury rentals, reportedly fetching up to $28,000 per week when he traveled. The Setai’s high-end amenities include climate-controlled infinity pools, a Valmont spa, a fitness center, and Les Clefs d’Or concierge service.
Guetta’s real estate portfolio continues to expand, with a $69 million home on Indian Creek Island in Miami, placing him alongside high-profile neighbors like Jared Kushner, Ivanka Trump, and Jeff Bezos.
