Daniel's Miami Goes All In With Four Menus

Daniel's Miami is offering four distinct Miami Spice experiences, including $40 brunch and lunch menus alongside dinner options ranging from $65 to $95, featuring Wagyu beef empanadas, grilled branzino, braised Wagyu short ribs, and Florida stone-ground grit-crusted grouper, paired with cocktails created exclusively for the occasion.

Yamashiro Brings Its Signature Black Cod to the Table

Also debuting this year, Yamashiro is serving a $40 Sunday brunch and a $95 dinner menu built around Japanese-inspired dishes, including its celebrated black cod.

Maple & Ash Promises Luxury Without the Usual Price Tag

Maple & Ash, the storied steakhouse known for its tableside service, is joining Miami Spice for the first time with a menu featuring tuna tartare and truffle filet mignon. "We designed it all around fun," said executive chef Kam Losonsky. "You're getting options you really won't find anywhere else, especially at this price."

Jaya at The Setai is offering Asian-inspired lunch and dinner menus with dishes like Pad Thai, Panang curry, and Korean barbecue galbi short ribs, while Zuma serves $35 lunch and $60 dinner menus featuring crowd favorites like karaage chicken and shrimp and black cod gyoza.
