Rentyl Transforms Miami Apartment Building into Luxury Boutique Hotel with Ferrari and Davinci

Rentyl Resorts has announced a collaboration with Davinci Hospitality Group and Ferrari Group to promote and manage a new luxury boutique hotel in Miami Beach.

Located at 2814 Collins Avenue, currently used as an apartment complex, the new hotel will transform an existing property into an “elegant retreat of 44 units,” with direct beach access and proximity to high-end dining, according to the developers.

The ground floor will debut entertainment concepts and “innovative restaurants” that, as Rentyl notes, will reflect the diverse cultural and culinary landscape of the city. Rentyl and DaVinci Hospitality will work together to preserve the historical significance of the property while integrating contemporary design elements and cutting-edge technologies to ensure the highest possible overall guest satisfaction.

In tribute to autistic artist J. Stacholy, whose historic mosaic adorns the courtyard, the hotel will feature artworks from other local artists, celebrating Miami's cultural and artistic heritage. Rentyl will employ specific marketing and branding strategies, along with comprehensive hotel services including front desk operations, concierge services, and exceptional management, to position this boutique hotel as one of Miami's premier destinations.
